What we collect

• Name and enquiry details — if you request a buyer's agent introduction.
• Usage data — page views and interaction data via Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal identifiers).

Lawful basis and how we use your data

We process personal data under the following lawful bases (GDPR Article 6):

• Newsletter subscriptions — Consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You opt in by submitting your email on our newsletter page. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email.
• Contact form submissions — Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). We use your enquiry to respond to your question. We retain contact form submissions for 12 months.
• Agent introduction requests — Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)). When you request an agent introduction, we facilitate a service you have specifically requested. We retain agent intro enquiries for 24 months.
• Analytics (usage data) — Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Plausible Analytics collects aggregate, anonymised page view data. No cookies. No personal identifiers.

Data sharing — agent introductions

When you submit an agent introduction request, the following information is shared with our partner agent in Spain solely for the purpose of facilitating your property enquiry: your name, email address, nationality, budget range, and property interest (city and type). This data is not shared with any other third party and is not used for marketing purposes by the agent.

Data retention

• Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form submissions — retained for 12 months from submission.
• Agent intro enquiries — retained for 24 months from submission.
• Analytics data — aggregate only; no personal data stored.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking.
• We don't store financial or payment information.

Third-party processors

• Formspree (privacy policy) — processes contact form and agent intro form submissions.
• Plausible Analytics (privacy policy) — privacy-friendly website analytics. No cookies. No cross-site tracking.
• Beehiiv (privacy policy) — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability.
